Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ACCESS — the app and website for discovering events, buying tickets and gaining entry. By creating an account or buying a ticket, you agree to them.

01Eligibility & accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract and provide a valid phone number to sign in.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone secure.

02Tickets & entry

• A ticket is a limited licence to attend a specific event, subject to the organizer's rules.
• Each ticket carries a secure QR pass. Screenshots may be refused; entry is verified live in the app.
• Events are run by independent organizers who are responsible for the event itself, its line-up, timing and venue.

03Payments, credits & refunds

• Payments are processed by Pesepay. Prices are shown at checkout in USD unless stated otherwise.
• ACCESS credits (including referral rewards) can offset eligible tickets, are non-transferable and non-cashable, and may cap the discount on a purchase.
• Refunds and cancellations follow the organizer's policy and applicable law. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, refund handling is coordinated through ACCESS.

04Organizers

If you list and sell events, you additionally agree to describe events accurately, honour valid tickets, comply with the law, and accept that payouts are held and released through the platform's payout process.

05Acceptable use

• Don't resell, forge, tamper with, or duplicate tickets or QR passes.
• Don't misuse the platform, disrupt it, or attempt to access it without authorisation.
• Don't use ACCESS for anything unlawful.

06Disclaimers & liability

ACCESS is provided "as is". We are a platform connecting attendees and organizers; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for an event's conduct, cancellation, or quality, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected ticket.

07Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
